In GPI’s value-added polycoating extrusion process, we apply melted resins such as LDPE or poly to our paperboard. Polycoating serves as an effective barrier for applications such as cups, ice cream containers, frozen food cartons and canisters.
GPI can co-extrude and co-laminate, applying multiple layers of material in a single pass. We also apply release coatings, aqueous coatings, coatings for high coefficient of friction, and coatings to inhibit corrosion.
