E-Coat™ Aqueous Release Coatings

Water-based, recyclable release coatings that perform better than press-applied release coatings. They are easier to repulp than polyester coatings, which is better for the environment and offers increased scrap value. Applications include bakery, frozen food, dual-ovenable packaging, as well as pre-manufacturing industrial raw materials like rubber and petroleum. Variations are suitable for lock-style, glued or heat-sealed structures.

E-Coat™ R — Silicone-based release coating with superior release properties for non-glued applications. Withstands up to 510F for short periods, moderate temperatures for longer periods.

E-Coat™ NSR — Non-silicone-based bakery release coating. Offers moderate release properties suitable for glued cartons.

E-Coat™ FC  — Bakery release coating with moderate release properties and some resistance to WVTR. Withstands up to 450F for up to one hour, higher temperatures for shorter periods. Suitable for dual-ovenable, glued and some heat-seal applications.

E-Coat™ P  — A pressable version of E-Coat FC.
