Extrusion and Adhesive Laminations

We offer a number of extrusion and adhesive lamination capabilities. We also offer great flexibility, including the ability to co-extrude and co-laminate up to four layers of resins and ties in a single pass on substrates from 3 pt. to 45 pt. in caliper—especially important if you’re looking for toll converting. And if you have a unique application, our team of experts can assist you with any development projects.

Spectralam™  — Holographic laminations that offer outstanding on-shelf attraction. Can be used to provide authenticity and reduce piracy. Suitable for a variety of applications.

Foil Laminations  — Provide excellent barrier properties, particularly against UV/visible light and oxygen, and a low MVTR for both wet and dry foods. Also add great visual interest.

Masterlam™  — Laminated materials, such as susceptor, fabrics, films, foils and papers, specially engineered to provide unique combinations of properties for barrier and decorative packaging.
