Extrusion Coating
Poly coating products that protect and deliver excellent printability. Can be applied on one or two sides, with thicknesses of .5 to 3 mils (1 mil = 14.4 lbs per 3MSF).
Preparation is excellent. Flame pre-treatment for uniform extrusion performance. Corona pre-treatment for better receptivity of inks, glues and coatings. Choose from matte, gloss and high-gloss finishes, with various combinations on two-sided poly. Range includes toll coating, ready-to-print paper and board, slitting and re-winding and rolls or sheets.
