Heavyweight Folding Cartons

High-caliper, coated SUS® and coated-recycled Heavyweight folding cartons utilize the minimum amount of fiber needed to meet medium strength specifications of Club and Retail packaging. A sustainable alternative to reduce or eliminate secondary packaging and shipping containers.

This robust line of Strength packaging is effective for Club store freezer applications as well as for consumer and sporting goods, durable goods and detergents. It’s also suitable for pantry packs and multi-packs, providing enhanced top-load compression and bulge resistance. This results in fewer carton failures and reduced unsalables. 

The smooth, coated surface assures high-quality graphic reproduction via Offset Lithography, Gravure or Flexography. Runs on traditional folding carton packaging lines. Custom design features including shapes, windows and other enhancements are available on all Graphic Packaging Heavyweight folding cartons.
