Custom Inserted Cartons

The flexibility of Custom Inserted cartons combines selected paperboard grades to minimize fiber, and provides significant supply chain efficiencies with a thinner profile to yield more cartons on every inbound pallet or truckload. 

They also support enhanced performance for specific carton features, such as handles or opening features, and provide increased resistance to moisture and humidity. Breakdown and disposal is superior to traditional corrugated packaging.

Strategically positioned inserts add compression strength and bulge resistance, using less fiber than large format corrugated boxes. These cartons are highly effective alternatives for beverage multi-packs as well as applications requiring Specialty handles or opening features.

They can be run on existing high-speed corrugated and folding carton packaging equipment. The coated paperboard surface supports high-quality graphic reproduction via Offset Lithography, Gravure or Flexography. Shapes, windows and other enhancements are available to customize package designs.
