Performance Beyond Compliance: Graphic Packaging to Spotlight Pharma Packaging Excellence at CPHI Frankfurt

October 28 – 30, 2025

Graphic Packaging, a global leader in sustainable consumer packaging, will put its pharmaceutical and medical industry solutions in the spotlight at CPHI, 28-30 October, at Messe Frankfurt in Germany. Expected to draw more than 62,000 visitors, the exhibition brings the full pharmaceutical supply chain together to explore the latest industry innovations.

At the Graphic Packaging booth, 8.0M15, visitors will discover how today’s healthcare packaging solutions go beyond simply containing products and instead are a critical element to realizing patient-centricity, product traceability, and operational efficiency.

In addition to exploring features such as anti-counterfeit designs and tamper-evident closures, attendees will learn how Graphic Packaging’s solutions are designed to meet evolving global regulatory requirements, including those outlined in the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). Experts will be on hand to discuss with visitors what these changes mean for their business, and how to prepare for 2030.

Sam Day, head of sales, healthcare, at Graphic Packaging, said: “Our team is focused on helping customers to access smarter, safer, and more compliant medical and pharma packaging. It’s an industry where there’s no room for compromise; patient safety and security are non-negotiable, but there are also important gains to be made in areas such as sustainability — from plastic reduction to increased circularity — and in operational efficiency. This is where the expertise of working with a partner like Graphic Packaging really makes a difference.

“At CPHI Frankfurt, we’re aiming to inspire and offer a fresh perspective on what’s possible in pharmaceutical packaging design, whether for high-volume drug delivery systems, self-care products, or complex sterile packaging requirements.”

Graphic Packaging has a long history of developing award-winning solutions for the pharmaceutical, medtech, over-the-counter, and animal health markets. The company’s portfolio spans folding cartons, flexible packaging materials, barrier materials, and leaflets, as well as serialization, anticounterfeit, and tamper-evident technologies.
