Prior to this she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Gypsum Management and Supply, following her role as Vice President of Human Resources at Assurant. Ms. Spence is a seasoned human resources executive, having also spent time at The Coca-Cola Company and AT&T. Ms. Spence earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from Vanderbilt University as well as an MBA from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business.
