Aditya Gandhi
Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer
Aditya Gandhi is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK). Mr. Gandhi has more than 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across global manufacturing and packaging organizations.
Before joining Graphic Packaging, Mr. Gandhi served as Chief Accounting Officer of AptarGroup, Inc. Previously, he spent nearly five years with Sonoco Products Company, including nearly four years as Chief Accounting Officer, where he led the global controllership organization and finance transformation initiatives. He also helped guide accounting integration and separation activities related to significant acquisitions and divestitures.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Gandhi held senior finance and technical accounting positions at WestRock and GE. During more than a decade with Deloitte, he served in the firm’s National Office and advised clients on complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and IFRS in the United States and London, United Kingdom.
Mr. Gandhi holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, with a concentration in financial accounting and auditing, from the University of Mumbai. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
