Jeff Stevens

Jeff Stevens is Senior Vice President, Mills, at Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK), overseeing the Company’s paperboard manufacturing division. Since joining Graphic Packaging in 2025, he has assumed leadership of the Company’s mills, advanced capital project development and execution, and supported operational initiatives across the mill system. Prior to Graphic Packaging, Mr. Stevens held senior leadership roles at Packaging Corporation of America, including Mill Manager and Vice President of Strategic Projects, where he managed mill operations and strategic projects, including the Jackson, Alabama, mill’s transition from uncoated freesheet to containerboard production.

Earlier, across 17 years with International Paper, he held technology and operations leadership roles and served as Director of Technology and Engineering for the Ilim joint venture in Russia. In that position, he directed the design and execution of a greenfield containerboard mill in Siberia. Mr. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Science and Ph.D. in chemical engineering, with a minor in engineering statistics, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
