Harry Brompton’s Peach Iced Tea Builds Shelf Impact with EnviroClip™ Beam
Graphic Packaging partnered with Tudor Drinks to create a distinctive paperboard multipack for Harry Brompton’s Peach Iced Tea, using EnviroClip™ Beam to combine strong shelf presence, operational practicality, and consumer appeal.
Challenge
Tudor Drinks wanted to take Harry Brompton’s Peach Iced Tea beyond single bottles and into a retail-ready four-pack that could help build presence in the UK market. The new multipack needed to stand out on shelf while keeping the distinctive 500ml PET bottles visible and appealing to shoppers. It also had to be practical for a co-packer to assemble by hand at launch, without introducing unnecessary complexity or compromising the brand’s circularity ambitions.
- Create a premium four-pack format for 500ml PET bottles.
- Increase shelf impact while maintaining strong product visibility.
- Support efficient hand-packing by the co-packer at launch.
Solution
Graphic Packaging developed a bespoke application of EnviroClip™ Beam, a minimal-material, glue-free paperboard clip that securely holds the bottle group using engineered folds, locking features, and structural load paths. Made from coated unbleached kraft paperboard, the pack was designed to deliver strength, moisture-resistant performance, and a clean on-shelf look. Graphic Packaging also worked closely with Tudor Drinks’ co-packer, including on-site demonstrations and practical application guidance, to support a smooth transition from concept to launch.
- Uses third party certified paperboard from sustainably managed forests.
- Features a glue-free structure that reduces material complexity and removes the need for adhesive application.
- Provides billboard space for brand communication while leaving most of the bottle visible.
- Can be assembled by hand at launch, with a pathway to future automation as volumes grow.
Results
The paperboard four-pack gives Harry Brompton’s Peach Iced Tea a more scalable retail format that supports brand growth. EnviroClip™ Beam creates a confident secondary pack presence without hiding the product, helping the brand compete more effectively in chilled retail fixtures.
